Celebration time for Year 2!

Well done, all, on completing Week 5 of learning this term, whether at home or in school. We have seen some fantastic examples of children's learning this week and know that all of you are working so hard and doing your best to enjoy your learning!

The children have shown their creative sides with their writing, focusing on the story 'The Princess and the Wizard'. They have been marvelous maths magicians, focusing on sharing and making equal groups. In our topic work we have learnt all about WW1 and looked at the types of uniforms the soldiers wore, we also looked at European maps and identified; the allied forces, central powers and neutral countries.

Below we are delighted to share some examples of the work that has been completed this week, in school and at home.
