Hello to 2022

Happy New Year!

This week in Art we have been exploring sculptures. What are they made of? We thought they could be made of ice, clay, metal and stone. We looked at different sculptures around the country in art galleries and even some outside. We've talked about healthy and unhealthy food, and how we need it to give us energy.

Science was so much fun! We talked about our 5 senses and listened to a scientific expert talk about how a dogs taste buds are different to ours. Then we carried out our own investigations. We had sugar, lemon, chocolate, lime, salt and crisps to taste and talk about their flavours. We pulled some funny faces!
