Lots of lovely learning!

Well Year 1 have had another very busy week this week. We have loved being amazing artists and investigating sculpture. We became sculptors and used a wide range of resources to create our own work. We worked independently and collaboratively on our own artistic interpretations of sculpture.

We are really enjoying our Traditional story this week - Jack and the Beanstalk and have used our imaginations to describe what we think we can see at the top of the beanstalk! We have had some great ideas! We also used lots of resources to create our own physical map showing any obstacles Jack may meet on his journey to the castle. We loved this activity!

Our science this week has been very noisy and very smelly! As we further investigate our senses of smell and hearing.
