Rhymes and number lines

This week in year 1 we have been revisiting primary colours, secondary colours and also printing using our own colour palettes. We talked about our families and how they are all different; we talked about how families are people around us that we love. Some children talked about how we spend lots of time with friends - so they are also part of our family. We talked about the circus and what it is. We told our friends all about the circus shows that we have been too. We talked about caring for animals and what they need to survive.
