Safer Internet Day!
Safer Internet Day is celebrated globally in February each year to promote safe and positive use of technology for children and young people. It is used to inspire a national conversation about using technology responsibly, respectfully and creatively. The official safer internet day was on Tuesday 8th February however in School we have been celebrating this event throughout the whole week.
Children have been taking part in a variety of different activities, listening to stories and watching video clips which has promoted the importance of staying safe online which as a School we believe is more vital than ever before. It would be fantastic if families could talk about and explore online safety and the importance and telling an adult if anything has happened whilst using the internet that has made us sad or feel unsafe!
