The show must go on....

This week we have been rehearsing our nativity. In the hall, dress rehearsals and performing for reception. It's been so much fun. Many children are feeling excited and a little nervous.

We've been writing amazing stories about a magic door. What would you like to find behind a magic door? We found the North Pole, a holiday, a football match so many fun things. In Maths we've been looking at fact families and focusing on subtraction which can be a little tricky. Elm Class had their turn of using the compasses giving their friends directions.

On Thursday we had our Christmas lunch in school. The hall was decorated, and we listened to Christmas music.

We also started to get into the Christmas mood by making Christmas cards using our DT skills learnt this term.
