Ukuleles, Money and Picnic Fun in Oak Class!

The children have completed their first week of their last half term in Year One.

They have been introduced to coins this week and have spent time recognising the smaller coins and using them to make different amounts correctly. Due to the lovely weather, we had a picnic lunch this week which all the children really enjoyed.

Ukulele lessons for each class also started this week and the children will have one session every week now until the end of term. They were fascinated with the ukuleles and really enjoyed the lesson.
