We're Going on a Bear Hunt!

This week in Reception we have begun reading our new book 'We're Going on Bear Hunt'! The children have enjoyed listening to the story and completing our exciting activities. The children have enjoyed acting out the story and making finger puppets. The children have also used Purple Mash to draw the bear in the cave and have used blocks to construct their own bridges. All children have taken the opportunity to take part in a book browse and have taken pleasure in reading a variety of texts about Bears. Throughout this week the children have been able to use and explore geographical language. Finally the children have used different media to create their favourite scene from the story.
