Year 2 - Home Learning Tasks Week 2

Good morning everyone, we hope you are all safe and well.

This week please complete the rest of weeks 1 and 2 of your home learning packs so we are ready to start week 3 next week.

On Purple Mash there are some Science tasks relating to Materials. One tasks compares the properties of 4 materials in your home and the other is a quiz.

Further to the task set last week on life in the trenches, you will be sent a link to a video clip by email to watch before completing a writing task on The Christmas Day Truce.

Don't forget you can also explore Purple Mash completing many of the other games and creative activities as you wish.

Please also read as much as you can and complete a phonics lesson per day as this will help to keep sounds and blending fresh and support your child's Reading.
